Youll work closely with the founder and core team to translate messy, fast-moving priorities into clean workflows and finished projects. Key Responsibilities- Break down complex problems into simple, actionable workflows
- Track and follow through on high-priority tasks ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips
- Spot inconsistencies, implement quality checks, and drive clarity across the team
- Coordinate across Sales, IT, and Operations to remove blockers and keep momentum up
- Build systems that create visibility into team responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
- Help the founder structure ambiguous challenges into clear next steps
- Surface what needs attention, escalate when appropriate, and keep people accountable without micromanaging
- Strong systems thinking; you can take chaos and organize it into something clear, trackable, and repeatable
- Extreme ownership; you take pride in seeing things through
- Attention to detail; you catch what others miss and build simple checks to keep things tight

- Experience in project management, operations, product ops, or early-stage execution roles
- Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Monday, Discord, Make/N8n, or various no-code tools

- QA, people ops, or systems background, especially in operational infrastructure
