Youll be the first point of contact for candidates, leading short interviews, documenting outcomes, and making sure the right people move forward quickly. Key Responsibilities- Conduct short structured interviews and info sessions with prospective candidates
- Take accurate notes and complete required documentation promptly
- Follow scripts and internal processes to ensure fairness and consistency
- Manage scheduling and weekly task flow to keep everything moving on time
- Flag unusual situations or edge cases for hiring leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate handoffs

- Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Availability to work 3040 hours per week
- U.S. work authorization required
- Experience in recruiting, customer success, or other people-facing roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Comfort working in fast-paced or startup settings
